Public Hearing Oct. 21

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will hold a regularly

scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on October 21, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

 

Map Amendment MA003-24

A request by the owner, Browders Creek Property LLC, to rezone property from RG-1(General Residential) to M-1 (Light Industrial). The property is located on Fish Hatchery Road and further identified as Tax Map Number 006896-02-035.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
