Cayce has a lot to offer both visitors and residents. While in Cayce, be sure to visit the Cayce Historical Museum. Here you can look back at the first European settlement in the South Carolina midlands and learn how Cayce got its name. Another iconic venue in Cayce is the Historic Columbia Speedway. The Columbia Speedway served the community with top-level NASCAR and other racing excitement from the 1940s through the 1970s. Now used for visiting concerts and events, the Speedway property has 9 acres of beautifully landscaped infield and plenty of parking and is the perfect venue for any size gathering.

Our most popular park, the Cayce Riverwalk Park, is a part of the 3 Rivers Greenway. It offers lighted pathways, boardwalks, restroom facilities, convenient parking and is ADA accessible. Here you can find a boat landing, and the brand new kayak launch from the entrance at Kelly Jones Park. Kayaking, hiking, biking, picnicking, walking, fishing, and bird watching are just a small part of what you can experience while in our parks. Cayce is also home to the Cayce Fitness and Tennis Center located at Ottare Point. It has 30 lighted hard courts for both tennis and pickleball and a fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment. The clubhouse is wi-fi equipped and there is a conference room for business and educational meetings or small events.

The Congaree Heritage Preserve is a 627-acre preserve loaded with history. Tools, pottery, arrowheads, and other artifacts show that people have lived in and around the preserve for nearly 12,000 years. The 3 mile hiking trail is a loop that will lead you through the flora and fauna of the area.
