Public Hearing February 27, 2023: Map Amendment 002-23

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Map Amendment 002-23

A request, by the owner, Cynthia Heathington, to rezone a property from C-4 (Highway Commercial) to RS-3 (Single Family Residential). The property is located at 1235 Frink Street (Tax Map Number 005727-02-027).

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
