The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on September 17, 2018, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:
Variance Request No. 001-18
The property owner is requesting a variance from the Zoning Ordinance Section 6.10-3 Development Standards and Article 8 Sign Regulations to exceed the maximum permitted sign height (7 feet) in the Knox Abbott Drive Overlay District. The property is located at 503 Knox Abbott Drive (TMS#004649-01-002);
The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing.
