Public Hearing December 18: Text Amendment No. 004-17

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on December 18, 2017, at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Text Amendment No. 004-17

A request by the City to amend Section 6.10 Design Overlay District to exempt Planned Development Districts (PDD) and Development Agreement Districts (DAD) from regulations in Section 6.10-2 Permitted Uses and Section 6.10-3 Development Standards.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council. 

Questions regarding these matters and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
