April 15, 2013 BOZA Public Hearing Varience Request #004-13

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Special Public Hearing on April 15, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Variance Request No. 004-13 by David Bryant for a variance from Section 10.4 Common Open Space of the zoning ordinance to allow the property at 800 Lexington Ave (TMS #005769-04-001 & #005769-04-002) a reduction of the required common open space for new development.
