Alice Rose

Council District 3

Elected to represent Cayce City Council District 3 in November 2025, Alice Rose is a Cayce native who grew up in Churchill Heights, where she now lives with her husband and their two children. She is a seasoned hospitality industry professional who is known for solving problems with diplomacy and navigating complex systems and relationships with patience, persistence and a smile.

Professionally, she served in a management role at the award-winning Motor Supply Co. Bistro for years and served on the front of house teams that opened Rosso Trattoria and Bourbon restaurants in Columbia. Her work experience also includes prior roles in the hotel industry, where she earned an employee service award from IHG Hotels, as well as the legal sector, where she was honored as Employee of the Quarter at the law firm where she worked.

In addition to serving her community on Cayce City Council and raising her young children, she is returning to school to fulfill her childhood dream of pursuing a degree in anthropology. Rose’s charitable work includes volunteering with Child Evangelism Fellowship and the Angel Tree Program as a summer camp counselor.

She loves animals and enjoys cooking, gardening, outdoor activities, hiking and having adventures with her family, including attending events and supporting local businesses and organizations across Cayce and throughout the Midlands region. Alice Rose has a deep love for her hometown and is committed to helping her community thrive.
