PUBLIC HEARING

Cayce Planning Commission

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a public hearing on July 20, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Map Amendment MA002-26

A request has been submitted by the property owners, Thomas C. Manning et al., to rezone the subject property from M-1 (Light Industrial) to RS-4 (Single-Family, Small Lots). The subject parcel is located on Lybrand Street at the terminus of Lybrand and Pinewood Streets. The property is further identified as Tax Map Number 005755-01-001.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend these public hearings. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
