Public Hearing Oct. 21

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on October 21, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Variance 007-24

The applicant, T. Riley, is seeking a variance to reduce the required front yard setback in the RG-2(General Residential) zoning district. The property is located at 1328 Poplar Street (Tax Map Number 005765-03-002).

 

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
