Request for Qualifications to Provide Professional General Contractor Services

The City of Cayce is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide professional construction management services on an “as needed” basis for a two-year term. This Request of Qualifications (RFQ) for construction services seeks to find a company that will provide plans, specifications and estimates, review plans, assist with design and master plan projects, and assist and/or design city construction projects.
