Public Hearing: Variance 001-23 June 26, 2023, at 6:00 P.M.

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on June 26, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Variance 001-23
A request by the owner, Scott Hash, for a variance from Zoning Ordinance Section 5.6-3 to locate a swimming pool in the side yard of 821 Moss Creek Drive. The Zoning Ordinance requires swimming pools, tennis courts and recreational uses to be located in the required rear yard and no closer than ten (10) feet to the nearest property line. The property is located at 821 Moss Creek Drive (Tax Map Number 006827-02-013).

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
