Public Hearing on Text Amendment 006-19

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on November 18, 2019, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Text Amendment 006-19

A request by Staff, to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 6.10 Design Overlay District to add language concerning the City’s design overlay districts.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
