Planning Commission Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on May 20, 2013, at 6:30  P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following;

Map Amendment No. 003-13

A request by John A Cocey Jr for a zoning change from Commercial District (C-4) to Single Family, Small Lots (RS-3). The property is located at 1400 Lucas Street. (TMS# 005725-01-010).
