Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing Notice 1/25/16

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on January 25, 2016, at 6:00 P.M. at the Cayce Tennis Center, 1120 Fort Congaree Trail. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Variance Request No. 002-15

A request, by the owner, for a variance to exceed the general requirements for accessory building and uses (Zoning Ordinance Section 5.6-2).

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to it are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
