Public Hearing on November 16, 2015, at 6:00 P.M.

PUBLIC HEARING

1.) The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on November 16, 2015, at 6:00 P.M. at the Cayce Tennis Center, 1120 Fort Congaree Trail. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Variance Request No. 001-15

A request by the applicant for a variance of 3 feet to reduce the required rear yard setbacks for the C-4 zoning district. The property is located at 2333 Charleston Hwy (TMS 005758-01-007).

2.) The City of Cayce Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on November 16, 2015, at 6:30 P.M. at the Cayce Tennis Center located at 1120 Fort Congaree Trail, Cayce, SC. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Text Amendment 004-15

A request by the Planning Director to amend sections of the Cayce Zoning Ordinance to add special exception criteria for Parks and Recreational Areas.

The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend these public hearings.

Questions regarding these matters and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
