City of Cayce Issues a Sanitary Sewer System Overflow Notification

To All Wastewater Customers - THIS DOES NOT AFFECT DRINKING WATER

October 6, 2015

The City of Cayce is experiencing multiple overflows throughout the Sanitary Sewer System in parts of our service areas. 

Extended Wet weather and flooding conditions have led to the overflows in the Wastewater Collection System.

It is being advised that everyone stay away from all flood waters.

The City of Cayce has been in contact with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
