April 15, 2013 BOZA Public Hearing Varience Request #005-13

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Special Public Hearing on April 15, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Variance Request No. 005-13 by Palmetto Bay Realty Management, LLC for a variance from Section 8 Sign Regulations, Table 8-B of the zoning ordinance to allow the property at 2245 Charleston Highway (TMS #005760-01-019) to erect a sign with a total sign area of 302.5 sq. ft.
