March 18, 2013 BOZA Public Hearing

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Special Public Hearing on March 18, 2013, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Variance Request No. 002-13 by Sonic for a variance from Section 8 Sign Regulations, Table 8-B of the zoning ordinance to allow the property at 3050 Charleston Hwy (TMS #006896-02-030) to increase the number of permitted wall signs to 3.

Variance Request No. 003-13 by sonic for a variance from Section 8 Sign Regulations, Table 8-B of the zoning ordinance to allow the property at 3050 Charleston Hwy (TMS#006896-02-030) to increase the maximum permitted sign area of a free standing sign to 96 SQFT.
