Public Hearing, May 15, 2017 at 6:00pm

PUBLIC HEARING

 

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on May 15, 2017, at 6:00 P.M. at Cayce City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comment on the following:

Special Exception Request No. 001-17

A requestby the owner to permit a boat to be parked or stored in the front yard in a residential district. The property is located at 2700 Riverside Lane (TMS#005818-03-005)

Special Exception Request No. 002-17

A requestby the owner to permit a recreational vehicle to be parked or stored in the front yard in a residential district. The property is located 2714 Brookcliff Road (TMS#005817-07-021)

Special Exception Request No. 003-17

A requestby the owner to permit a recreational vehicle to be parked or stored in the side yard in a residential district. The property is located at 546 New State Road (TMS#005817-03-013)

The requests are made in accordance with The Cayce Zoning Ordinance Section 9.8 Storage and Use of Campers or Recreational Vehicles in Residential Zones.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.

 

Questions regarding these matters and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.
